What is our return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, credit or a product replacement. After 30 days, the product can be returned (sender assumes all return shipping costs); however, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Please make sure when returning products that they are sealed tightly and suitably packed. All the items may be returned to: Ayush Herbs® Inc., 2239, 152nd Ave NE Redmond, WA 98052. Please also include either an invoice, or a note with your name and phone number and the reason for the return. This policy applies to the first three months within purchase. After the given period, no returns will be accepted.

Am I charged money for a phone consultation when I call R·U·Ved®, Inc. and speak with a doctor?

We understand our customers have questions that only doctors are qualified to answer, which is why there is always a doctor on call to answer any technical questions. These conversations are absolutely free for the first 5 minutes.

Is there a minimum order?

We do not have a minimum order requirement for our finished products. However, there is a minimum $75.00 requirement to be eligible for free shipping. (Online orders only - orders by phone require $100.00 minimum to qualify for free shipping)

What forms of payment do you accept?

All of our retail customers are on a pre-payment plan. We accept checks, cash, money orders, credit cards, and PayPal. Cash is only accepted when the customer comes to pick up the order. Checks and money orders should be mailed in prior to the shipment of the order to our address. For exact charges, please contact our customer service representatives at 425-637-1400. Everything else needs to be charged on a credit card. We currently accept MasterCard and Visa.

How are packages shipped for Hawaii, Alaska and the Virgin Islands?

All the shipments going to Hawaii, Alaska and the U.S. territories like the Virgin Islands are either shipped UPS 2nd day air or via Priority Mail through the U.S. Post office. Priority Mail generally takes 5-7 business days, whereas UPS 2nd Day Air, is a guaranteed delivery on the 2nd business day from when it was shipped. Shipments going via the United States Postal Office are mailed out every Friday afternoon. All International shipments are sent out via the United States Post Office.

How are packages shipped for International Orders?

For international orders, we use either UPS or Priority Mail International. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

What happens if a product is on backorder?

We try to avoid backorders as much as we can, however sometimes, these situations occur due to factors beyond our control. If you would like to cancel a back-ordered product; please call and inform customer service. When a back-ordered product arrives, it is shipped to our customers free of shipping charges.
